In this course, you’ll learn how to easily incorporate yoga and meditation tools and techniques in the classroom through fun games, stories and breathing exercises that your students will love!
Important Note 1: This course requires that a participant engage in
30 days of mindfulness and reflection. If you are needing credit in less
than 40 days please select a different course.
