Elevate Your Learning Community with Yoga + Mindfulness gives participants Yoga + Mindfulness resources to utilize synchronously while taking the course. Participants will be given access to our extensive online Yoga + Mindfulness Resource Center where they will find access to all three breathing types, movement videos, guided mindfulness audio, mindful games, mindful activities, yoga sequences and much more.

The resource center is home to (5) modules and participants will have access to all (5) modules. A breakdown of the modules is below. Participants will choose which parts to explore. Modules do not need to be completed in any order and you can move freely throughout the resource center to explore the content that you find most applicable to your learning community.

Participants will be asked to explore the resource center and use it to its full potential by implementing various resources in their own learning community (at home, school, daycare, etc.). A log of your time spent exploring the resource center, lessons created for implementation and consistent reflection/journaling will help participants get the most out of this experience and elevate their learning community. Lastly, when participants prioritize their own self-care, they can bring the best versions of themselves to their learning community. Because of this, a self-care opportunity will be part of the course requirements.

This course is self-paced with work submitted into Google Classroom for approval. Links to the resource center and self care opportunity will be emailed to the address on file with the AEA after registration.
