In her book Emotional Poverty in All Demographics, Dr. Payne covers a myriad of topics through her research.  Participants will be challenged to better understand how an “unregulated and unintegrated” brain leads to a brain blow up, and processes to mitigate the situation when it happens.  They will learn how an adolescent''s brain develops and better understand how bonding and attachment styles impact relationships and interactions in their classroom.  Learning about the “classroom dance” and other key parts of this research and tools, will help empower every educator in the classroom.
