In the previous courses, steps were made to begin a CCR Culture in your school. We will take this a bit deeper to determine how to optimize this culture for student success. We will take a clear look at systems and structures in the school with regard to CCR, transitions, the district plan and equity.  For our purposes, we will use the definition of college as found on the Iowa definition of College and Career Readiness:  Post-secondary opportunities include two or four-year degree programs, certificate or licensure programs, apprenticeships, training programs in the military, on-the-job training, and industry-based certifications.
