Refund Policy for Self-paced Courses
Self-paced courses are not elgible for refunds. Refunds will not be given.

Refund Policy for facilitated courses with a set start and end date.
To withdraw from a course:

Go to Registration History/Certificates.
Click Cancel Registration under the course you want to withdraw from.

Refunds:

Full refund: If you cancel at least 8 days before the course starts.
No refund: If you cancel 7 days or less before the course starts.

Note: Materials and other fees might not be refundable.
